Tottenham thumped Arsenal in the north London derby to deal a crushing blow to the Gunners’ Champions League hopes.
The gap between the two is down to one point after a double from Harry Kane and a goal from Heung-min Son condemned Arsenal to defeat at a raucous Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Kane opened the scoring from the penalty spot after Cedric fouled Son. Rob Holding was then sent off for two bookable offences before Kane added another one before half time. Son then scored at the start of the second half to wrap up a comfortable night’s work for Antonio Conte’s men.
