Chargers vs. Broncos score: Live updates, results, game stats, highlights, TV, live stream for Week 17 game – CBSSports.com

At halftime of their Week 17 game, the Los Angeles Chargers lead the division rival Denver Broncos by a score of 17-3.

Los Angeles got off to an excellent start, with Andre Roberts returning the opening kickoff 67 yards to the Denver 35-yard line. It took eight plays for Denver to find the end zone, with Austin Ekeler rolling in from 3 yards out. Neither offense got much of anything going after that. Broncos QB Drew Lock was erratic throughout the first half, and was also briefly replaced by Brett Rypien after suffering a shoulder injury. Denver turned the ball over on downs twice in the first half, neutering its only two potential scoring opportunities.

Justin Herbert was largely held in check, totaling just 103 yards on his 20 pass attempts. He did engineer a late touchdown drive to extend the L.A. lead to three scores, but was not his typical explosive self. The Broncos got their score on a 61-yard field goal by Brandon McManus as the half expired.

Will the Chargers hang on, or will the Broncos stage a comeback? Keep it locked to our live blog throughout the second half as we update you with stats, scores, and highlights.
