I retire from football a truly grateful man.”Sitting with his wife, Ashley, and their children, Roethlisberger thanked the Rooney family, his teammates and Steelers fans in the video, which also showed the 39-year-old quarterback clearing out his locker for the final time.In a career that will likely culminate with a Pro Football Hall of Fame induction, Roethlisberger won 165 games and threw for 64,088 yards and 418 touchdowns.
