How to Get a Free Subscription to LEGO Life Magazine for Kids

Even with all of today’s technology, kids still love getting mail. It’s hard to beat the thrill of opening the mailbox and finding something with your very own name printed on it. (As a child, of course. As an adult, it’s a different story—probably one that involves anxiety.)

Do you know what else (some) kids like? LEGO. (All-caps for both enthusiasm and because that’s how they do it.) What if there were a way to combine these two childhood favorites into one amazing gift for that little one in your life? And what if we told you that it’s free? Well, have we got a deal for you. Here’s what to know.

How to get a free subscription to ‘LEGO Life Magazine’

LEGO Life Magazine is a quarterly publication for children (and/or their parents) who are fans of the plastic building-block toy sets, STEM-related activities, or the brand in general (like the LEGO movies or theme parks).

Sure, it’s definitely advertising for the brand, but alongside that, subscribers also get stuff like mazes (and similar activities), posters, comics and instructions for building different things with LEGO. There’s also a vertical called “Cool Creations” where kids (well, their parents) can submit photos of what they’ve made out of LEGO for potential publication.

Kids between the ages of five and nine are eligible for a free subscription to the magazine. Parents can sign up here on the LEGO website. Of course, this is another case where “free” means that you’re paying in personal information instead of cash money, so if that is something you’re concerned about, keep that in mind. (Although if that’s the case, you wouldn’t need to be reminded of that.)

If your kid isn’t into the magazine’s content, then they can at least cut it up for crafting projects. Or you could use the pages as free/recycled wrapping paper. Just like LEGO itself, the possibilities are endless.
